As vast as the city is, finding a good date spot can be rough. While a rooftop bar, a stroll around central park, or a pizza slice in Little Italy all seem like great options for a date, they scream romantic. And after a fun night in with your "buddy," romantic is not what you need.
This is where Little Island, the new park on the Hudson River, comes in.
Located in the Meatpacking District in Manhattan, Little Island is fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg and her husband's $260 million present to the City of New York. Not only does it have an "Alice in Wonderland" look to it, but the park boasts amazing views of the Hudson and Jersey City.
