Lovers Of The Arts, This One's For You

Even through the fog of depression, creativity has our back and helps us keep fighting.

Depression and isolation DO NOT mix. Many of us had to learn that the hard way and figure out new ways to cope.

Thankfully, I found my salvation in art.

So here I leave you with some poems I wrote, and some tips that have helped me keep my cool (as well as some audio rooms to help with zen and creative flow!).

Just like these pieces, you don’t have to follow the same vibe that’s expected of you. Experiment, mix and match styles and techniques, do whatever the hell it is that will make you happy.

I hope these inspire and encourage you to use creativity as an outlet!
