I Hit the Sibling Jackpot

I lucked out with getting an older brother that I am actually friends with. Him and I have gone on more drives up the New Hampshire coast than I can count. These mornings also involve mandatory coffee trips, breakfast sandwiches, and music that makes us feel inspired and content (more specifically: surf rock).

It has always been a funny concept to me that going on drives can bring so much peace. These moments are even better when paired with people that bring you peace.

We buy and sell advice to each other, fill each other in on the thoughts that take up a lot of space in our minds, and take in the views.

Some days, we don’t even have to say much. It is just a good feeling to know you have family there for you.
