Close your eyes, imagine listening to a song. What song is it? Where does that song transport you? What do you smell? What do you taste? What do you feel? What do you see? There a million songs that transport me to different memories and moments in my life. It could be summer and then a song comes on and I am transported to autumn. It could be pouring rain, and I'm brought to a sunny day. And all my senses are brought to what my senses were sensing at that moment in my life when that song was prevalent to me. Music is a window to the past, here is a window to mine.
