After six years, Adele has finally returned to music with the release of her new single “Easy On Me. Her album 30 is set to be released in November.

Adele made her debut in 2008 with her album 19 with hit singles such as “Chasing Pavement” and “Hometown Glory.” Since then she has gone on to produce various albums, and has touched fans' hearts with her glorious voice. In addition Adele has won numerous Grammys and Billboard Music Awards for her music as well as three MTV Music awards for Best Music Video.

In an interview with Vogue, Adele discussed 30. She said this album is dedicated to her son, and she used the songs to cope with and explore the divorce with her husband. “Neither of us did anything wrong. Neither of us hurt each other or anything like that. It was just: I want my son to see me really love, and be loved. It’s really important to me.” Once people listen to “Easy on Me,” they’ll be moved by the powerful emotion she puts into her music, and connect to the message about her dealing from her divorce.

Adele dedicated her previous albums to her age at the time of writing, and the songs on each album were inspired by that period of her life. It is interesting to see the shift in her career from when she started singing until now, because her fans have been able to grow and change as she has grown and changed as a woman, and as an artist. If you haven’t heard “Easy on Me” yet, listen to it on YouTube, Spotify, AppleMusic, anywhere you listen to music and turn it all the way up.
